St. Joseph's Church Renovation Project
St. Joseph's Church is a significant and sacred historical religious building located in Singapore.
The church was founded by Father Vicente de Santa Catarina and was built with public support and the generous donation of King Ferdinand II of Portugal.
On January 14, 2005, St. Joseph's Church was recognized as a national monument by the National Heritage Board of Singapore.
The church was built in the Neo-Gothic style, characterized by the extensive use of lance-shaped domes in the doorways and corridors. But after a period of more than 100 years, many areas are degraded and need to be restored. And Viettiles is very honored to be involved in the project of restoring this historic building. From the original, faded old tiles samples. Viettiles' staff has been creatively trying to restore the original old cement bricks to serve this historic building.
